Poudel assumes office as Chief Secy

Newly appointed chief secretary Leelamani Poudel assumed office on Monday following the retirement of chief secretary Madhav Ghimire.


The government had appointed him as new chief secretary on July 29 amid criticism from different quarters. Five secretaries have already announced their resignation over Paudel's appointment.
