Kathmandu, Nepal - The rays of hope for new constitution has seen as big three political parties- UCPN Maoist, Nepali Congress and CPN-UML-- have reached near to consensus with intent to resolving the ongoing political stalemate of the country. The meeting of the High Level Political Mechanism (HLPM) and other bilateral and multilateral meetings between the big three parties have brought the rays of hopes for installing a new constitution in time and reaching the ongoing peace process to a logical conclusion.
