Kathmandu, Nepal, July 1, 2021: Nepal has recorded 1857 new cases of coronavirus infections from across the country in the country in the past 24 hours on Thursday. With the addition, nationwide infection tally has advanced to 640662.
Meanwhile, 4017 people, who had infected earlier with the virus, have been discharged after getting recovered in the past 24 hours. With the addition, nationwide recovery tally has advanced to 600149.
Similarly, 33 more people died of coronavirus in the past 24 hours. With the addition, nationwide fatality tally has advanced to 9145.
There are currently 31368 active cases across the country. Of them, only 345 infected persons have been staying in institutional quarantine facilities across the country.
