Kathmandu, Nepal, January 2, 2022: At least 11 people killed and dozens other injured in two separate road accident occurred on Sunday.
According to the Police, at least 8 people killed and dozens other injured when a bus met with an accident at Laghuwa of Palpa district.
The ill-fated bus with registration number Lu 2 Kha 7279 that was heading towards Ridhi of Palpa district from Butwal met with the accident.
It is said that seven people killed in the spot while one breathed his last while rushing for the treatment. The details about the deceased are yet to be ascertained.
Likewise, three people killed when a motorcycle with registration number Ba 19 Pa 7179 met with an accident at Sagarmatha Jungle area of Sarlahi district on Sunday.
It is said that the accident had occurred when the ill-fated motorcycle collided with a roadside tree. The deceased have been identified as Rohan Singh, Arun Singh and ShYam BK.
