Kathmandu, Nepal, Dec 14, 2019: At least 14 persons died and about one dozen others injured when a passenger bus met with an accident at Chha Kilo area of Sunkoshi rural municipality in Sindhupalchowk district on Sunday morning.
The fatal accident occurred when the ill-fated bus with registration number Ba 4 Kha 4468 that was en route to Bhaktapur district from Kalinchowk of Dolakha district skidded off the highway and lunged some 500 meters below the road at around 8:30 am today.
According to the reports, 11 people did on the spot while two others reported to have died while rushing to the nearby hospitals for treatment. The details of the deceased are yet to be ascertained.
