Kathmandu, Nepal, February 5, 2022: At least eight persons were killed and five others injured when a passenger jeep carrying wedding attendants met with an accident in Pyuthan district in the wee hours of Saturday morning.
According to District Police Office, Pyuthan, the ill-fated jeep with registration number Ga 1 Ja 5092 that was heading to Libang of Gaumukhi rural municipality from Lung of Naubahini rural municipality met with an accident at around 3: am on Saturday.
Among the eight deceased, only two persons have been identified as 31 years old Bashanta Khadka and his eight years old Yelisha Khadka.
