Kathmandu, Nepal, April 29, 2019: The budget session of the Federal Parliament begins from today.
First meeting of the session is scheduled at the International Convention Centre at 4:00 pm on Monday.
According to the parliamentary secretariat, debate on the government’s policies and program will begin from May 3 to 12 though the session was commenced from today.
Contradictory to the previous practices, government’s policy and program is being presented sans of pre-budget discussion, thanks to the government for majority strength in the parliament.
