Kathmandu, Nepal, September 7, 2022: The ticket booking of buses operating in long route targeting to the upcoming Dashain is going to be opened from September 17.
A meeting between officials at the Department of Transport Management, Traffic Police, the Department of Roads and the office bearers of the Federation of Nepalese National Transport Entrepreneurs (FNNTE) fixed the date for the ticket booking.
As per the decision, the transport fares will remain same of now during the Dashain Festival. Considering to the high number of travelers during the Dashain festival, additional buses will also be operated, an office bearer of the FNNTE said after the meeting.
