Kathmandu, Nepal: Nepali Congress (NC) leader Prakash Man Singh, who was the former General Secretary of the party, has on Friday submitted a nine-point proposal at the Central Working Committee (CWC) meeting, pointing out the finger to the party president Sher Bahadur Deuba for ‘low performance.’ 

In the CWC, which was called with intent to analyze the results of the recently held elections, leader Singh alleged the leadership for the low performance in the election. His suggestion was highly targeted against party president Deuba.

The key posts including President and Vice President, speaker and deputy speaker of the House of Representatives, chairman and vice chairman of National Assembly were lost due to the loss in the elections, Singh has stated in the suggestion paper.

While pointing finger to the party president Deuba, Singh has a demanded of a massive overhaul in the party structure including the leadership to put the NC back into the previous condition. 

Responding to the widespread pressure, the NC had called the CWC to analyze the elections results.
