Kathmandu, Nepal, June 9, 2021: The Constitutional Bench of the Supreme Court (SC) has issued show cause notice against the defendants over the House dissolution case.
Following the hearing over about 30 writs petitions filed against the dissolution of the parliament, the Constitution Bench issued the show cause notice against the government to make clear over the decision to dissolve the parliament on Wednesday.
President Bidya Devi Bhandari had dissolved the House for the second time at the recommendation of the government.
