Kathmandu, Nepal, February 22, 2021: coronavirus infection tally of the country has advanced to 273,872 after 112 new cases recorded in the past 24 hours.
Of the newly infected cases, 52 are females and 60 are males, the Ministry of Heath and Population (MoHP) has said on Thursday.
Likewise, 84 people, who were earlier infected with the virus, have been discharged in the past 24 hours. With the addition, total recovery tally of the country has advanced to 270,223.
There are currently 882 active cases of coronavirus in the country. Of them, only 66 individuals are staying in various quarantine facilities across Nepal.
