Kathmnadu, Nepal: The Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) has filed a corruption case against Sakuldev Khang, a teacher of BP Madan Primary School in Shripurjabdi, Sunsari, for using a fake educational certificate to get government’s job.
The CIAA filed the case the Special Court on Monday alleging that Khang used a fake certificate obtained from Bihar Sanskrit Education Board, Patna, India and enjoying government benefits violating the Corruption Prevention Act, 2002.
