Kathmandu, Nepal, February 12, 2020: Protesting the growing number of violence against women, demonstrations are staged in different parts of the country including in Kathmandu on Friday.
Seeking justice for Bhagirathi Bhatta, who was lately raped and murdered in Baitadi, demonstrations were staged in all the nine districts of Sudurpaschim Province.
Likewise, members of civil society staged demonstration in Kathmandu against violence against women. Huge number of women took part in the demonstration chanting slogans against violence against women.
