Kathmandu, Nepal, March 3, 2023: Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Physical Infrastructure and Transport Narayan Kaji Shrestha is leaving for Doha of Qatar today to take part in the Fifth United Nations Conference of the Least Developed Countries (LDCs).
A Nepalese delegation under the leadership of Shrestha will take part in the conference that is being held from 5 to 9 March, 2023.
The delegation includes National Planning Commission (NPC) vive-chairman Dr Min Bahadur Shrestha, lawmaker Jitendra Narayan Dev, government secretaries and the ambassador of Nepal to the State of Qatar and other senior officials of different ministries.
It is said that delegation head Deputy Prime Minister Shrestha is scheduled to address the Summit of the LDC Group to be held on the 4th of March. Likewise, he is also scheduled to address the plenary session of the Conference and hold bilateral meetings with delegations from different countries and organizations.
