Kathmandu, Nepal, December 27, 2022: Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal has on Monday recommended constitutional expert Dr Dinmani Pokharel for the post of Attorney General.
The constitution has made a provision that Attorney General has to be appointed by the President on the recommendation of the Prime Minister.
As the Attorney General considered as the government’s chief legal advisor, Prime Minister used to be recommend as per the choice of the Prime Minister.
