Kathmandu, Nepal: The Election Commission (EC) has on Friday distributed the certificate to the victorious members of the Provincial Assembly under the proportional representation (PR) category.
220 candidates out of 550 member strong provincial assemblies were elected as the members of the provincial assemblies under the PR category in the provincial and parliamentary elections held on November 26 and December 7.
The newly elected members of the provincial assemblies will take oath of office from the governors to be eligible constitutionally.
