Kathmandu, Nepal: Ekta Adhikari, a Nepali national working with World Food Programme (WFP) in Ethiopia confirmed dead in the fatal crash of Ethiopian Airlines Boeing 737 aircraft.
In the crash occurred near the town of Bishoftu in 737 on Monday, 149 passengers and 8 crew members, lost their lives, the airlines has officially confirmed.
WFP Chief David Beasley has issued a statement mourning the death of WFP staff among others aboard the flight. It is said that Ekta Adhikari’s family members at Gorkha of Nepal have been informed about the incident.
