Kathmandu, Nepal, March 17, 2023: Voting to elect a new Vice-President has begun at the Federal Parliament Building at New Baneshwor, Kathmandu from 10:00 am that will run till 3:00 pm.
Separate voting centers have been set up for members of the Federal Parliament and Province Assembly.
Three candidates namely as Ramsahaya Prasad Yadav from Janata Samjwadi Party Nepal, Astalaxmi Shakya (Bohara) from the main opposition party CPN (UML) and Mamata Jha of the Janamat Party are vying in the elections for the post of vice-president.
