Kathmandu, Nepal December 28, 2022: Nepali Congress lawmaker Tek Bahadur Gurung, who was elected to the House of Representatives (HoR) member from Manang district in the November 20 election, has been suspended from his post.
As a corruption case filed against Gurung is pending the Federal Parliament Secretariat has stated issuing a notice on Wednesday to inform that Gurung's position as a member of parliament has been suspended as per the constitutional provision until the pending case in the court is resolved.
