Kathmandu, Nepal, November 10, 2019: Foreign Minister Pradeep Kumar Gyawali has vowed that the government will hold decisive talks with neighboring India over the encroachment of Nepali territories including Kalapani.
The government would hold talks with different measures including the diplomatic one, foreign minister Gyawali said while receiving a memorandum from the All Nepal National Free Students Union, a student wing of the ruling head Nepal Communist Party (NCP) on Sunday.
