Kathmandu, Nepal: Four provincial States--2, 5, 6 and 7 are going to hold their first provincial meeting today.
The province 3 had already held its first provincial meeting while province 1 yet to fix the date for the first provincial meeting.
It is said that the four provinces, which are going to hold their first provincial meeting today would take decision regarding the date for the election of the speaker and fix other procedures.
