Chitwan Nepal: Nepali Congress youth leader Gagan Thapa has said that same persons should hold the dual positions of party president and Parliamentary Party leaders.
Talking to media persons Thapa said same person should not hold both the posts of party president and parliamentary party leader in the present situation.
Thapa has made the statement in the time when the Nepali Congress is going to elect the Parliamentary Party leader through the elections.
