Nepalgunj, November 15, 2019: Normal life has badly crippled due to general strike called by Nepal Tarun Dal (NTD), the youth wing of the main opposition Nepali Congress (NC).
The NTD called the general strike on Friday demanding immediate release of its leader Sandip Jung Shah.
Shah was arrested by a team of Nepal Police from a local restaurant of Nepalgunj-20 with an American piston, two round bullets and a magazine from his parked car with registration number Ba18 Cha 4211 few days ago.
The NTD has a claim that the arrest of Shah was motivated with the revenge. The protesters chanted slogans against of the motivated arrest.
