Kathmandu, Nepal, March 5, 2021: The government of Nepal and the outlawed Netra Bikram Chand, Biplab-led Nepal Communist Party (NCP) signed in an agreement amid a function organized in City hall in Kathmandu on Friday.
The three point agreement paper signed jointly by the home minister Ram Bahadur Thapa and Khadga Bahadur Bishowkarma on behalf of Nepal government and the CPN respectively was made public in the presence of Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli and CPN General Secretary Biplav.
Members of the talk team, ministers and many others have present in the function.
