Kathmandu, Nepal: The government has approved the official visit of President Bidya Devi Bhandari to Qatar.
A cabinet meeting held on Sunday made the decision to approve the official visit of President Bidya Devi Bhandari to Qatar, beginning Monday.
President Bhandari is paying a four-day official visit to the Gulf kingdom at the invitation of the amir of the State of Qatar Sheikh Tamim Bin Hamad Al Thani.
Likewise, the meeting has also decided to relief General Manager of Gorkhapatra Sansthan Basanta Prakash Upadhyaya from the post.
Similarly, the meeting has also decided to give authority to Minister for Labour, Employment and Social Security, Gokarna Bista to sign the MoU of much-awaited labor pact with Malaysian delegation led by Human Resource Minister M Kulasegaran.
With the decision Minister Bista will sign in the pact on behalf of the government of Nepal.
