Kathmandu, Nepal: Prime Minister and Chairman of the Nepal Communist Party (NCP) KP Oli has instructed the party leaders and cadres to defend the government from growing criticism. 
 
As the stationary attitude of the government is highly criticized from different sections of the society, the Prime Minister Oli opt the option to defend criticism rather than correcting the wrongdoing of the government. 

Prime Minister and NCP Chair Oli instructed the party leaders and cadres by calling a special meeting with party leaders and cadres at the party office at Dhumbarahi on Tuesday.

Why you the party leaders and cadres are not defending the government from the criticism, Prime Minister Oli had questioned in the meeting. He also alleged the leaders and cadres for failing to publicize the government’s good work.

The opposition parties have made the issue of the fast-unto-death strike of Dr Govinda KC but the party leaders have not defended the government’s move, Oli said venting ire to the party leaders and cadres. 

The government would not able to continue its activities if the party takes responsibility to defend the government’s move, Oli said in the meeting. 

Not only the people in general have been venting ire to the government through the social media, but only the opposition parties including the main opposition Nepali Congress has already decided to hit the street against of the government alleging it for trying to impose totalitarian in the country by making undemocratic and unethical decision.
