Kathmandu, Nepal, January 11, 2022: The meeting of the House of Representatives (HoR) has been postponed again for January 17. This is the second time to have postponed the HoR meeting after the commencement of the ongoing winter session.
Issuing a notice on Monday, General Secretary of the Parliament Secretariat, Dr Bharat Raj Gautam announced the postponement of the house session for 1:00 pm of January 17. However, no reason is mentioned in the notice to postpone the meeting.
It is believed that spiking number of coronavirus infection cases that has also infected some leaders and parliamentarians would be reason behind the reason to postpone of the meeting.
