Kathmandu, Nepal: Inter provincial council meeting commenced first time in Kathmandu. Chief Ministers of all seven provinces have attended in the meeting.
It is said that issues related to the implementation of federalism in coordination with the provincial governments and federal government and among were discussed in the meeting.
