Kathmandu, Nepal, February 15, 2022: Nepal has lost to Ireland by 16 runs in the final match of the Oman T20 Quadrangular Series at the Al Almerat Stadium in Muscat on Monday.
With the defeat, Nepal has won limited only one of three matches of the Series played to fine-tune their preparations for the ICC World T20 Global Qualifiers set to take place in Oman from February 18 to 24.
In the first opening match played against hosts Oman, Nepal had won the match by six wickets but lost to the UAE by 25 runs. The UAE and Ireland has secured top two positions with four points each.
