Kathmandu, Nepal, April 30, 2020: Journalist Deepak Pathak has been arrested on the charge of using abusing words in social media against Nepal Communist Party (NCP) Chairperson Pushpa Kamal Dahal.
Police arrested Pathak, who s also a board member of the Radio Nepal, state owned radio service of Nepal, from his home on Thursday morning. Pathak’s home town is Jhapa.
It is said that Police is going to forward a case against Pathak, as per the cyber-crime act.
