Kathmandu, Nepal, July 7, 2020: The Janata Samajbadi Party (JSP) has on Tuesday sacked Sarita Giri from the post of lawmaker and the general member of the party on the charge of breaching the party decision.
The JSP has made the decision on the charge of ignoring the party’s whip to withdraw her amendment proposal registered at the Parliament Secretariat against the government’s second amendment proposal to amend the constitution.
Giri has registered a proposal against of the government’s proposal to amend in the constitution to include the Lipulekh, Limpiyadhura and Kalapani in Nepal’s official map.
