Kathmandu, Nepal, April 30, 2020: Janata Samajbadi Party- Nepal lawmaker Dr. Surendra Yadhav has filed acomplaint against ruling pary head Nepal Communist parry (NCP) lawmakers- Mahesh Basnet, Kishan Shrestha and immediate past IGP Sarvendra Khanal alleging them of involving in his own kidnapping at National Human Right Commission on Thursday.
Since the police office in Kathmandu and Kathmandu district government attorney office rejected denied to register the complaint, he moved to the national human right commission to register the complaint.
Following the registration of the complaint, he also submitted a copy to the commissioner duo Prakash Wasti and Mohan Ansari demanding investigation over the case.
