Kathmandu, Nepal: The meeting between the major ruling allies- Nepali Congress and the UCPN Maoist Center and the agitating Rastriya Janata Party Nepal (RJP-N) has resumed again in Singhadurbar on Sunday.
The meeting was called by the government allies with the expectation of forging consensus with the agitating RJPN over the issue of latter’s participation in the scheduled second phase of local level elections for June 28.
The meeting held on Saturday was ended inconclusively after the ruling parties turned down the proposal of the RJPN leaders to reschedule the second-phase local level elections again to initiate the process for the constitution amendment.
