Kathmandu, Nepal, April 7, 2020: The main opposition party, Nepali Congress (NC), has launched a web-based self-testing application for corona virus (COVID-19). According to party spokesperson Biswa Prakash Sharma, the application was developed in consultation with specialist doctors concerned in the field.
It is said that anyone can self-assess the presence of symptoms of Corona virus with the help of the application, which is available at www.nepalicongress.org/covid19/. Central Information, Communications and Publicity Department of the NC had developed the application.
The application will guide the people with any such symptoms to go for physical testing and treatment, spokesperson Sharma said further adding that the website also provides latest updates about COVID-19, including the state of infection in Nepal and the world.
