Kathmandu, Nepal: The 13th meeting of the Power Exchange Committee (PEC) held in the Indian capital New Delhi on Thursday agreed on banking energy.
According to the agreement a technical committee will be formed to prepare the draft of the directive of energy banking and its guideline.
It is said that a joint Secretary-level steering committee meetings scheduled for January next year will endorse the directive.
