Kathmandu, Nepal, September 1, 2021: Nepal records 898 new coronavirus infection cases from across the country in the past 24 hours on Friday. With the addition, nationwide infection tally has advanced to 795959.
Meanwhile, 838 people, who had infected earlier with the virus, have been discharged after getting recovered in the past 24 hours. With the addition, nationwide recovery tally has advanced to 766696.
Likewise, 13 people have died due to the infection of recovery in the past 24 hours. With the addition, nationwide, death tally has advanced to 11148.
There are currently 18115 active cases across the country. Of them, only 242 infected persons have been staying in quarantine facilities.
