Kathmandu, Nepal, May 26, 2021: Nepal's coronavirus infection tally has reached to 535,525 after 6,677 fresh cases reported from across the country in the past 24 hours on Thursday.
Likewise, fatalities related to the coronavirus tally have advanced to 6,845 after 145 persons dies due to the infection of virus in the past 24 hours.
Similarly, 6,716 people, who were earlier infected with the virus, have been discharged after getting recovery in the past 24 hours. With the addition, nationwide recovery tally has advanced to 411,603.
There are currently 117,077 active cases across the country. Of them, only 853 individuals are staying in quarantine facilities across Nepal.
According to the Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP), a total of 19,352 tests were conducted in the last 24 hours. Of which, 19,030 were PCR tests while 322 were antigen tests, the MoHP has stated.
