Kathmandu, Nepal, October 5, 2021:The 5th Annual co-ordination meeting between border guarding forces of Nepal and India has commenced on Tuesday) in India’s capital city, New Delhi. The meeting will be continuing till coming Thursday. 

Nine member Nepalese delegation team led by Armed Police Force (APF) Inspector General Shailendra Khanal had already left to Delhi to take part in the meeting. Likewise, 12-member Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB) delegation led by DG Kumar Rajesh Chandra will take part in the meeting. 

It is said that both delegation team will hold discussions on ranges of border related issues to enable better coordination between the both Border Guarding Forces. Security situation along the border, coordination meetings at field level, sharing of information about crimes and criminals, training of armed police personnel and mutual visits by officers of two countries are set as the agenda of the meeting.
