Kathmandu, Nepal, february 2, 2022: Host Nepali national football team is playing its second friendly match against Mauritius on Tuesday. The match is being played at Dasharath Stadium from 5.45 pm today.
In the first match played on Saturday, Nepal had defeated Mauritius by 1-0 goals. Nepalese players seem elated with the winning in the first match.
Striker Bimal Gharti Magar had become success to score the decisive goal at the first friendly match. Magar has recently returned to the national team after two years.
In the first match, Mauritius had played in the absence of their four key players due to testing of positive for coronavirus upon their arrival in Nepal. It is said that they will all be included in the second match today.
Nepal has hosted friendly match with Mauritius for the third round of the AFC Asian Cup Qualifiers, which is set to take place in June.
