Kathmandu, Nepal, August 29, 2021: Nepal records 1214 new cases of coronavirus infection from across the country in the past 24 hours on Thursday. With the addition, nationwide infection tally has advanced to 759222.
Meanwhile, 24 more mortality related to the coronavirus infection have been recorded in the past 24 hours. With the addition, mortality tally has advanced to 10714.
Similarly, 2260 people, who had infected earlier with the virus, have been discharged after getting recovered in the past 24 hours. With the addition, recovery tally of the country has advanced to 712712.
There are currently 35796 active cases of coronavirus infections across the country. Of the total infection cases, 343 infected people have been staying in quarantine facilities.
