Kathmandu, Nepal, September 3, 2021: Nepal records 1,357 more coronavirus infection cases from across the country in the past 24 hours on Friday. With the addition, nationwide infection tally has advanced to 767,271.
Meanwhile, 2,274 people, who had infected earlier with the virus, have been discharged after getting recovered in the past 24 hours. With the addition, nationwide recovery tally has advanced to 723,456.
Likewise, 23 more fatalities related to the coronavirus infections, have been recorded from across the country in the past 24 hours. With the addition, nationwide mortality tally has advanced to 10,809.
According to the Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP) 14,334 total tests were conducted in the last 24 hours. Of which, 9,773 were PCR tests while 4,561 were antigen tests, the MoHP has stated.
