Kathmandu, Nepal, August 6, 2021: Nepal records 2430 new cases of coronavirus infections from across the country in the past 24 hours on Friday. With the addition, nationwide infection tally of the country has advanced to 710509.
Meanwhile, 25 more deaths related to the coronavirus infections have been recorded in the ast 24 hours. With the addition, nationwide death tally of coronavirus infections advanced to 10019.
Likewise, 1885 people, who had infected earlier with the virus, have been discharged after getting recovered in the past 24 hours. With the addition, nationwide recovery tally has advanced to 665548.
There are currently 34924 active cases of coronavirus infections across the country. Of the total active cases, only 356 individuals are staying in quarantine facilities.
