Kathmandu, Nepal, Aug. 2, 2022: Nepali youth football team is going to play with Bangladesh in the ongoing SAFF U-20 Championship at at the Kalinga Stadium in Bhubaneswar, India on Tuesday. This will be the fourth match of the league championship. 


Nepali team has to register victory against Bangladesh to confirm their berth in the final match. Nepal has to beat Bangladesh by at least five goals margin.

Nepal, India and Bangladesh will have equal nine points only if Nepal become success to beat  Bangladesh by five goal margin However, it is seeming impossible  as Bangladesh had become success to edge India by 2-1 goals and registered 1-0 win over Sri Lanka and 4-1 victory over the Maldives.

Nepal had faced an 8-0 humiliating defeat against India in the third match of the SAFF U-20 Championship played at the same Stadium on Sunday. However, Nepal had recorded straight victories against Maldives and Sri Lanka without conceding a goal.
