Kathmandu, Nepal, November 18, 2022: Nepal has won One-Day International Series Cricket match against United Aram Emirates (UAE) by six wickets on Friday.
In the third match played at TU cricket ground, Nepal defeated UAE due to the outstanding riding on half centuries from Ashif Shaikh and Gyanendra Malla.
Earlier in the first match of the series played at the same ground, Nepal was defeated by 84 runs by the UAE.
This is the Nepal’s first victory in the one-day international series match played at home ground.
Batting first, the UAE posted 176 runs in 50 overs losing nine wickets. In response, Nepal achieved the target of 177 runs by cruising to 180 runs in 40.1 overs at the cost of four wickets.
