Nepalgunj, Nepal: Nepali Congress (NC) President Sher Bahadur Deuba has stressed on the need of the political consensus to implement the constitution.
Underlining the need of three tiers of elections to implement the constitution, Nepali Congress President Deuba, who is also the former Prime Minister of the country, said all the political parties should participate in polls to implement the constitution.
Unveiling a bust of Nepali Congress leader Ganeshman Singh at Nepalgunj on Tuesday Deuba said consensus among the parties is must to make success the elections.
There is no doubt on holding elections as the government has also begun necessary preparations to hold all the three tiers of election, Deuba said in the function.
