Kathmand, Nepal, 04 July, 2019: A Nepali citizen named as Santosh Shrestha including at least 44 others killed in the airstrikes hit at a Libyan migrant detention centre in Libya’s capital Tripoli, on Wednesday.
The Nepali Embassy in Egypt has confirmed about Shrestha’s death. However, details about the Shrestha are not elaborated yet though it was said that he was declared dead upon arrival at a hospital.
The airstrike had occurred in the early hours of Wednesday morning at the detention centre, wherein more than 610 people were kept there.
