Kathmandu, Nepal, October 19, 2021: China has announced to provide an additional grant of two million COVID-19 vaccines to Nepal.
Chinese State Councilor Wang Yi made the announcement to provide the Vero Cell vaccines during a telephonic conversation with his Nepali counterpart Dr Narayan Khadka on Tuesday.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) has stated that foreign ministers of tow countries held about an hour-long telephonic conversation on Tuesday morning on ranges of issues including the COVID-19 crisis, bilateral cooperation and border management between the two neighboring countries.
