Kathmandu, Nepal: the government has on Tuesday decided to impose ‘odd-even’ system for the vehicles starting from November 29 till December 2 on the name of easing the traffic pressure in the Kathmandu valley during the Asia Pacific Summit (APS).
The Metropolitan Traffic Police Division has issued a circular by issuing a statement stating that this system will be applicable for two wheelers and four wheelers vehicles of all governmental and private vehicles including the diplomatic mission.
However, the system will not be applicable to the vehicles belonging to the education institutions and emergency services.
