Pokhara, Nepal: A Poles national sustained serious injuries in a paragliding accident at Macchapuchre Rural Municipality-8 on Monday.
The accident has occurred just a day after a Romanian national lost his life after plunging into Phewa Lake.
According to the police, the injured Poles national is identified as Janusz Karol,37 bearing passport EA5075746.
He has suffered serious injuries after he came into contact with a live wire while making a touchdown attempt. He has been receiving treatment at Pokhara based Manipal College of Medical Science.
