Kathmandu, Nepal, July 24: Police has arrested two persons, including an Indian national on the charge of attacking a girl with acid from Kathmandu on Friday.
The arrested persons have been identified as Mohammad Aalam of Laxmiour of Rautahat district and Indian national Munna Mohammad.
The duos were arrested on the charge of attacking a 22-year-old girl named as Pabitra Karki from Okhaldhuna district at Sitapaila of Kathmandu on Thursday evening.
It is said that the duo had attacked the girl with acid while she was on her way to purchase some grocery items on the charge of breaking the love affairs with Mohammad Aalam.
Alam, owner of a shop at Dallu of Kathmandu, had taken support of Munna to attack the girl with acid. It is said that Munna is the staff of Mohammad Aalam.
